Web-Based, Penetration Testing Solution Now Available

Responding to the increased frequency of cyber terrorism, Network Security Systems, Inc. announced today the availability of iNETPATROL™, a web-based solution for determining the vulnerability of computer networks to unauthorized entry. iNETPATROL provides network administrators with a cost-effective, easy to use means for obtaining a "hacker's view" of their networks; a means for identifying, assessing and eliminating found vulnerabilities.

"iNETPATROL allows us to take an offensive approach to fighting the war against cyber terrorism," said Dan Hagee Sr., Vice President of Solutions Development at Managed Care Strategies, an iNETPATROL early adopter. "We are assured that our computer networks are secure from unauthorized entry and we've eliminated our dependency on expensive, hard to manage, and outdated shrink-wrapped security products...

Customers can use standard web browser software to log into iNETPATROL and initiate
a security scan of their network, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Customers
can test the vulnerability of all nodes on their network, including workstations,
servers, hubs, switches and routers. Once vulnerabilities are detected, iNETPATROL
provides them with detailed instructions on what protective measures they can
take to ensure the security of their network.

Because iNETPATROL is an Internet-based product, updating the software as new
vulnerabilities are discovered is nearly instantaneous, ensuring the customer
that their network is consistently checked for all known vulnerabilities each
and every time they initiate a security scan.

"iNETPATROL is the culmination of a combined 30 years of experience in
the computer and network security industry and I am very excited to make it
available to the general public," said Stephen Gaul Jr., Network Security
System's Founder and Chief Technology Officer. "Our goal is to make high-end
network security solutions available to small, medium and large size businesses
at reasonable prices. Until now, companies had to spent upwards of $50,000.00
for comparable network security services. The availability of iNETPATROL is a
step in the right direction."

iNETPATROL represents part of Network Security Solution's strategy to deliver
a comprehensive network vulnerability-testing suite of products. Early next
year, the company plans to release LANPATROL™, a network appliance for
testing the security of Local Area Networks (LANs).
