Spam takes a new form

A new form of spam has been brought into light, call "Messenger Spam" (NOT to be confused with MSN messenger). The spam is ran threw MsDOS prompt. Using there commands > NET SEND . With his command all is needed is the person's IP address and your message.
EX: c:/>NET SEND XXX.XX.XX.X YOUR MESSAGE HERE.
