Siri Gets Hacked Onto iPad, Doesn’t Work Yet
Despite the fact that many consumers were disappointed with the iPhone 4S there is no denying the fact that Siri is quite cool. If you’re not familiar with this new feature it is being touted as a digital assistant capable of recognizing natural speech. This means that instead of using pre-fabricated phrases to get Siri to do what you want all you have to do is speak naturally and, in theory, you will get some results.
Currently Siri is only available for the iPhone 4S which doesnt’ come as a surprise considering it’s basically the phone’s biggest selling point. However, seeing how the iPad 2 features the same processing power as the iPhone 4S many have wondered when (if ever) Apple will be bringing the technology to their hit tablet. Well, there’s been nothing official said of the matter just yet but much like the iPhone 4, iPad now has access to Siri. The only catch? It doesn’t work.
