PC Hardware posted an article about the new testing methodology. This article
covers all the issues a user must take into account. Read about the five steps
of the methodology which include product identification, installation /
compatibility, features, reliability and performance. This is the general
testing methodology applicable to all products that will be reviewed at PC
Hardware. In several days specific products methodology will be introduced.
Here's a quote:

"We decided to use a single CPU, AMD761 based motherboard. This mobo is not
between the ones reviewed at PC Hardware, but I have to tell you that I tested
it last week with Windows 2K and I was satisfied about the results: very
overclockable, rock stable. Our system administrator told me after several
hours that he couldn^Òt install Linux. He tried Mandrake, Suse, Redhat but all
distributions were extremely unstable. He also tried ME and no problem."
