Online Security - The Basics
Saw this over at SNN
CNET offers up "10 ways to protect yourself from online hazards," an informational article that attempts to describe the process of securing both your computer and your messages. While this article may be a thinly veiled attempt at driving CNET readers to their "CNET Catch-Up service" it's certainly illustrative of how many hoops your average consumer has to jump through in order to attain even basic levels of security...even if they use services like Catch-up, McAfee.com, or Symantec's Norton to name a few.
