New York City may still have lots of Xbox One units for sale
Late on Friday, Microsoft announced that the Xbox One had sold over 1 million units in its first 24 hours after launch. The company also claimed, "Xbox One is now sold out at most retailers. We are working to replenish stock as fast as possible to meet the unprecedented demand from our customers."
While that may be true in other parts of the U.S. and the other 12 markets that were a part of the Xbox One launch, it would appear that New York City still has plenty of Microsoft's consoles to go around. DualShockers posted up images of Xbox One boxes that are waiting to be bought at the large Toys "R" Us location in Times Square this past weekend, where a store clerk claimed there were "easily a few hundred" units available for purchase.
