New iPad scheduled for February or March 2011?

According to DigiTimes, three manufacturers will begin delivering any-layer HDI (high density interconnect) circuit boards next month for a new model iPad expected to go on sale in the first quarter of 2011.

Four more suppliers are expected to be added to the roster in February, when shipments will supposedly begin.

It seems highly likely that the next iPad will be equipped with a front-facing camera to allow the use of Apple's FaceTime video chat system. A rear facing camera may also be included. Other changes being rumoured include unibody-style construction and a wireless chip that works with CDMA networks in addition to GSM. There is also speculation concerning a faster processor and additional memory, as well as a higher resolution screen (taking a lead from the iPhone 4's Retina display).
