Apparently Napster Judge Marilyn Hall Patel, has run out of patience. During the latest court hearing on Tuesday, lawyers on both sides argued for over an hour and a half regarding court ordered filtering technology meant to block copyrighted songs from being traded. Judge Patel concluded: "If you can't (make it work), maybe the system needs to be shut down," I think the Judge's "either it works or it doesn't" attitude is a refreshing, no-nonsense bottom line approach.
