Microsoft Authenticator comes to iOS and Android
A few weeks ago, it was announced that Microsoft would release an Microsoft Authenticator on iOS and Android, starting August 15, 2016. Today is the day and Microsoft Authenticator is now available on iOS and Android. Previously named Azure Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator allows you to use Multifactor Authentication (MFA) as a security feature for your online accounts.
Previously released for Windows 10 Mobile, Authenticator provides users on iOS and Android MFA support for their online accounts. Authenticator competes with other apps with MFA support, including LastPass Authenticator. There is also a special feature for those with Microsoft accounts and enterprise users.
