A 23-year-old man was indicted Wednesday on charges that he hacked into Hamilton County government Web sites and had child pornography on his computer.
A county grand jury indicted Jesse Tuttle of Cincinnati on six counts of unauthorized use of property and 10 counts of pandering sexually oriented material involving a minor.
Prosecutor Mike Allen said Tuttle tried several times to get into Web sites belonging to the county government and the sheriff’s department.
‘‘He’s known in hacker circles as someone who’s quite proficient in this type of activity,’’ Allen said.
Tuttle didn’t disrupt the sites, but bragged to someone that he had access to them, Allen said.
