The Benefits of Clustering
Clustering is not a new term. The era of clustering began in 1983 and now a days its becomes more and more popular as a solution of different problems in computing networking environment. With Clustering Technology, multiple servers are connected to form a "cluster" of computers. Each computer in the "cluster" is connected to the Internet through a Load Balancing Router (LBR). When a request comes through to the LBR for information or services, the LBR checks to see which server is least busy and "routes" the request to that server. This provides optimal uptime and quick ease of use for our customers. Hence for Connecting two or more computers together in such a way that they behave like a single computer or need a parallel processing, for load balancing and for fault tolerance, we used clustering technology.
Clustering is a popular strategy for implementing parallel processing applications because it enables companies to leverage the investment already made in PCs and workstations. In addition, it's relatively easy to add new CPUs simply by adding a new PC to the network.
