Asia’s Largest Network Security Event Comes to the Netherlands

Hack In The Box, organizers of the HITBSecConf security conferences, the largest network security event in Asia, is set to welcome a brand new event to their yearly line up with the arrival of HITBSecConf2010 – Amsterdam less than a month away!

Taking place at the NH Grand Krasnapolsky from the 29th of June till the 2nd of July, HITBSecConf2010 – Amsterdam will also mark the first-ever HITB security event to feature a QUAD TRACK conference format introducing a brand new ‘HITB Lightning Talks’ segment. The event will feature a brand new Capture The Flag ‘live hacking’ competition, an area dedicated to the art of lock picking and physical security bypass methods, an network security industry exhibition, HITBJobs recruitment drive plus a ‘Hackerspaces Village’ which will showcase community projects by various hackerspaces from around Europe including MetaLab (Vienna), /tmp/lab (Paris), Hack42 (Arnheim), Random Data (Utrecht), Revelation Space (Den Haag) and HackerspaceKL (Malaysia).

The event commences with 6-tracks of hands-on technical training sessions on the 29th and 30th of June with training topics ranging from SAP Security to Intercepting Secure Communications. This will then be followed by the new quad-track format conference and exhibition on the 1st and 2nd of July.
