AllDas under DoS attacks again... it looks like they are moving

AllDas.de, the defacement web site was suffering more DoS attacks over the weekend. Due to another DDoS attack in the past 4 days, they were unable to keep their mirror up to date. The core routers had to handle traffic of like 600mbit, which was obviously too much.

Posted at the the AllDas site they posted a News item stating that "Our (AllDas.de) upstream provider decided to nullroute us, due to this practically nobody was able to visit us or send us mail. The Statistics for this month are NOT as representative as usual, 'specially not after the downtime of 44 hours we experienced last week - we appologize for that....

The same apology was being sent out to hackers trying to find out why their latest defacements had not been recorded yet on the AllDas mirror

Subject: Re: question -

We are experiencing some problems with our sendmail, because someone is DDoSsing it 24/7, so we hardly get any mails.
regards, Aus.

We will move to another ISP within the next 10 weeks, we hope to experience less trouble there since their backbone is more immune to those 600MBit kiddie Dosnets and we feel that our current ISP has done more than most ISPs would do for a site 'like this' - Thanks boys (and girls)!

We really think this is annoying, we have alldas.de for fun and do not earn any money with alldas.de. We run it to provide people of a free service.
It even costs us money to keep such a defacement mirror up and running. Not to mention the time we put into this project. We could use this time in a better way then solving these kind of problems, like enhancing our stats - obviously somone doesn't like that.

We're not dead ... yet.
