Pentium 4-M to Arrive on March 4

We got a confirmation of some details regarding the launch of a new mobile Pentium 4 family. According to our sources, the new CPU family targeted at the notebook market will be named Pentium 4-M. These CPUs will be built on a 0.13-micron Northwood die equipped with 512KB L2 cache. Like the existing Pentium 4 line, members of Pentium 4-M will use 400MHz Quad Pumped Bus.
The first Pentium 4-M CPUs are reported to be officially announced on March 4. That day Intel will introduce two models - 1.6GHz and 1.7GHz. The price per item in over-1000-piece quantities will be $418 (1.6GHz) and $508 (1.7GHz).
