New buffer overflow article

There's
an article entitled "Reform the AV Industry" - on how
bad the AV (Anti Virus phool! Not Audio Visual!) industry really
is. It deals with a couple of really good questions with regards
to the scanning of legitimate software because it has extreme
power when used by malicious people. Certainly a good read. Props
