Maxxuss releases version 4.0 of SSE3 emulator for OS X x86

As a very nice Christmas present to all the OS X x86 hackers, Maxxuss the 'hacking god of OS X' has released version 4.0 of his SSE3 emulator for build 8F1111A. From the Win2OSX posting:

v4 is a complete rewrite of the SSE3 Emulator.

Features:

- 30% faster than v3

- Emulation runs in user mode (or kernel mode for kext), thus no stability problems or crashes should occur

- New opcode LDDQU supported. It's used e.g. in DVD playback, which should now work.

- New diagnostic tool "maxxuss_sse" for benchmarking, info and maintenance. Run it to see the options.

v4 is available for 8F1111A, the download below also contains the CPUID and the No-NX/XD patch.
