Kiwis avoid early Windows 7 upgrade issues
Hundreds of overseas PC users have reported issues upgrading their OS to Windows 7, but in New Zealand, Microsoft has received few serious complaints.
Microsoft New Zealand Windows 7 business group lead Ben Green said the New Zealand launch of OS had gone well and he had received no information to suggest Kiwi user’s had any ongoing or irresolvable issues with the install.
He was unaware of the issues reported on Microsoft’s US-based message boards over the past few days, where hundreds of users have complained about problems with the upgrade versions of Windows 7, including an 'endless restart' issue.
