Encryption Just Got a Little More Fun
Saw this at Geeknews:
"A professor at Harvard claims to have come up with the math for an unbreakable encryption code. Based on mathematics that the professor says are "quite complicated", the new code could provide the best known encryption to date.
The method involves a method similar to existing encryption mentods (like PGP). Sender and receivee both have a key to encrypt/decrypt the data. This new method removes any traces of the encryption from the file sent to prevent would-be hackers from accessing any information about the encrption menthods. I really can't explain it, as I have only read two sources about this. Read an article about this located at FoxNews.
I have one thing to wonder about: When does Uncle Sam step in and demand his "decrpyt all" key? If this kind of thing ever got exported, this guy would probably be found dead somewhere of mysterious causes.
Any thoughts?"
