ELSA will not use ATI graphics chips

Since ATI has decided to sell their graphics chips to the other card-manufacturers it is extremely
interesting, what 3D-accelerator makers actually think of using ATI GPUs in their solutions. For
example, ELSA representatives have officially declared that this company has no plans of using
ATI chips.

Frankly speaking, the answer was known even before the question was asked - ELSA is NVidia`s
strategical partner on professional 3D-accelerators and there is no sense for them to deal with
rival`s chipsets. Everybody remember those stories around KYRO II based cards makers: Hercules
and PowerColor. Taking in account what is Hercules and what is ELSA everything becomes really
clear.
