Connecting middleware to Apache 2.0
Interested in the API improvements in Apache 2.0? This article goes through the to set up, gives a demonstration of a simple output filter, and illustrates the new API by example. In developing Apache 2.0, one of the main goals was to improve the Apache API to make it even easier to develop extensions.
