New ICQ Password Policy Meets With Customer Dissatisfaction

Saw this over at HNN

In an attempt to pull the plug on rampant account theft, ICQ has cleaned up its password retrieval process. The problem with ICQ’s solution is users are finding themselves locked out of their own accounts for reasons they can’t explain or correct on their own. AOL dismisses these “complaints” and maintains that everything is going along as planned.
