Anonymous vows to attack 'national infrastructure' in 2nd round of #OpMalaysia

In what appears to be a statement posted to Youtube from the collective known as Anonymous, a second round of attacks against the Government of Malaysia is planned for the 4th of July at 13:37 GMT (21:37 MYT).
On 15 June 2011 at 23:30 MYT, approximately 100 .gov.my websites were attacked by 'unknown attackers' with disruption at various levels confirmed to at least half these sites. The Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission issued a statement regarding this first round of attacks and claimed upon further evaluation that there was little impact on Malaysian users as a result.
If the first round was 'of little impact', this second wave might not be so 'uneventful' especially if the planned attacks are indeed carried out:
We shall bring down the entire countries national infrastructure. We shall make this a day to be remembered. This is your second warning.
