Secure Logic buys Computer Room Solutions for nearly $40 million.
Secure Logic has acquired Computer Room Solutions in a deal reportedly worth almost $40 million.
Secure Logic founder Santosh Devaraj told the Australian Financial Review that the combined group had been valued at $140 million. He said CRS was responsible for 28 percent of that total, which would value the acquisition at $39.2 million. Secure Logic is based in Sydney and offers cyber security services to clients such as Alibaba, Westpac, Optus, Fujitsu and the federal government, according to its website. Last year, it won a $990,000 contract to host the NSW Electoral Commission’s iVote system until 2020.
