ABIT Sound?

Back at Comdex, there was a demo at Abit's booth of a set of speakers they were demoing. Well they've now also put out a 5.1 sound card. I'm constantly surprised by how many markets this company dips its toes into. Anyway, there's a review of it up on 3D Sound Surge. You can head there to see how well they did.

Panasonic redefines the floppy disk.

I've seen this story on a few other sites already, but I'll post it here for the benefit of those who don't traverse those other places. The parent company of Panasonic has recently come out with a new version of the floppy drive that transforms a standard 1.44mb floppy disk into a 32mb monster floppy disk. Granted we've seen this type of tech before right? With the LS120 SuperDisk. Still, if I didn't just throw out about 50 of those 1.44mb disks I might consider investing in one of these puppies.

ATi Mobillity RADEON First Glimpse

Gone are the days of puny 4mb or less video cards on notebooks. ATi has for quite awhile now offered the M4 32MB for notebook configurations, but doesn't a "Radeon Inside" sound good to you? Check out the article over here.
