The saga continues: the appeal in Napster's case succeeded in allowing Napster to remain in business until August 18. By then, Napster must provide a compelling argument stating why the injunction should be permanently overturned. While the news is a relief to many Napster fans, some feel that it is merely delaying the inevitable as the entertainment industry's legal machine has the momentum in the case.
